Order Process:

Deposit:

A $100 deposit is required to lock in your order and begin the artwork process.

This deposit will be applied towards the total order cost.

Payment Methods:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, and VENMO.

Artwork Approval & Production Deposit:

Once the artwork is approved and we have the quantities and sizes, a payment of the total cost is required to continue with production.

Artwork Timeline:

The artwork takes approximately 1-5 business days to be completed by our graphic designer.

Production Timeline:

Production and Delivery Time takes about 3-5 weeks.

Size Surcharges:

Sizes 3XL-4XL are an additional $5 per item.

Sizes 5XL-6XL are an additional $10 per item.

Artwork Fee Details:

The artwork fee does not grant customers rights to any of the artwork vector files. This fee covers the graphic designer’s time, as well as the cost of ink and paper.

Artwork fees are non-refundable once the artwork process has started.

Important Notes:

Package pricing is only applicable for the initial team order.

Players added after the initial team order will not receive package pricing and will be charged regular add-on pricing per item.

Add-On Pricing:

1-5 pieces of the same item/color: $10 additional per item.

6-9 pieces of the same item/color: $5 additional per item + $25 setup fee.

10 pieces & up of the same item/color: Regular price + $25 setup fee.

Add-On Payment:

Add-ons must be paid in full to begin production.
